Parent Education with Susanna Reynolds: Living into Our Bodies As Our Children Live into Theirs

A Message from Susanna: Our evening together will be a group practice to understand how our spirit/thinking, feeling-breathing soul, life forces- sensing and bodily nature are interwoven. We will have time for questions and answers specific to how our primary reflexes and rhythmic experience are supporting us to parent our children. Please wear comfortable clothing and whatever supports you best to sit comfortably in your chair including a pillow or blanket, a water bottle and a journal (be cozy.)
