The first step in our Admissions Process is to sign up for a tour or Open House to learn more about our programs. If you still have questions after a tour, please submit an online inquiry.
1. Submit Application Form and Pay Application Fee
We use a web based system for our applications, called TADS. A profile will need to be created for each child you wish to enroll. Eastside Community School utilizes TADS for:

We regret that the application fee is non-refundable. Please contact us with questions prior to applying.
2. Request Teacher Questionnaire and Transcripts
If your child is currently attending another program, please have your current school complete the applicable forms from the list below, and send to Eastside Community School. Instructions included in each form.
3. Family Interview with ECS Faculty
Once we receive your Application Form, Teacher Questionnaire, Transcripts (if applicable), and Application Fee, we will contact you for a Family Interview with faculty.
4. Schedule a Visit (Grades & High School Only)
Following a successful Family Interview, eligible applicants to grades 2-10 will have an opportunity to schedule a visit (up to three days), and attend classes with their prospective teacher and peers.
Acceptance notifications will be emailed within one week of the Family Interview and/or visit. Confirm your admission by completing your Enrollment Agreement within two weeks of the date on your acceptance notification.
