Eastside Community School is nestled on five acres in the Sammamish Plateau area of Issaquah, WA. We serve students from Preschool through Grade 10, with a Parent & Child class for those just beginning their journey in Waldorf Education. We seek a Early Childhood Substitute Teacher for the 2023-24 school year. Be our newest colleague!

Qualifications
Have a warm and joyful manner with young children.
Be well organized
Be self-assured and willing to take direction
Assist the teacher with the care of the children and the classroom
Show interest in continuing professional development, especially Early Childhood Waldorf Training
Early Childhood Training and/or experience strongly preferred
Applicants must also
Clear fingerprint background check through MERIT
Have current CPR, first aid and blood borne pathogens training certificates
Compensation
Lead Teachers $22.00 per hour
Assistants $18.00 per hour
