Eastside Community School, located on a five-acre site in Issaquah, WA, is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves preschool through Grade Ten. We seek a Full - Time Director of Development responsible for general community development and all fundraising plans and activities beginning now or by the fall of 2023 at the latest.
The Director of Development is responsible for helping to build a culture of giving at our new and thriving school with plans for expansion and to build a strategic action plan to coincide with Board initiatives and administrative needs beyond tuition income. Qualifications

Education, training, or expertise in the field
Interest in and support of Waldorf educational principles and practices

Experience in an independent school setting
Experience in capital campaigns
Experience with community development
Compensation
$75,000 to $90,000 per year
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include dental and health insurance, partial tuition remission, retirement plan, and the possibility for professional development support and mentoring.
