Eastside Community School, located on a five-acre site in Issaquah, WA, is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves preschool through Grade Ten. We seek a Full - Time Director of Development responsible for general community development and all fundraising plans and activities beginning now or by the fall of 2023 at the latest. 

The Director of Development is responsible for helping to build a culture of giving at our new and thriving school with plans for expansion and to build a strategic action plan to coincide with Board initiatives and administrative needs beyond tuition income. The heart of the job is to serve the school and faculty graciously and enthusiastically. Be our newest colleague!

  • Experience in capital campaigns

$75,000 to $90,000 per year

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include dental and health insurance, partial tuition remission, retirement plan, and the possibility for professional development support and mentoring.
